| Obverse description | Diademed and draped bust of Eucratides I facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with detailed hair curls swept back beneath the royal diadem, whose flowing ends are visible behind the neck. The portrait exhibits a strong, idealized profile with a prominent nose and firm jaw, characteristic of the Baktrian royal coin portrait tradition. The bust is lightly draped at the shoulder, with the folds of the garment visible at the truncation. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
