| Opis awersu | Radiate head of Helios facing three-quarters right, rendered in the characteristic Rhodian style with flowing curly hair and prominent sun rays emanating dramatically from the crown of the head. The youthful, idealised effigy displays finely modelled facial features including a straight nose, slightly parted lips, and a strong jawline. The rays, rendered as bold incuse lines fanning outward to the left, fill the field with dynamic energy. The portrait is executed in high relief consistent with the Hellenistic plintophoric series of Rhodes. |

| Opis rewersu | A rose in full bloom with a bud to the right, the civic emblem of Rhodes, occupies the central field, flanked by the monogram Ρ to the left and Ο to the right. The magistrate's name ΔΑΜΟΚΡΑΤΗΣ is inscribed above in Greek capitals. A secondary symbol, identified as a torch or sword, appears in the lower left field. The entire design is contained within a shallow square incuse (plinth), which is the hallmark feature of the Rhodian plintophoric coinage series of the second century BC. |
