| 背面描述 | A stepped fire altar with billowing flames at the summit, adorned with two lateral ribbons or streamers, occupies the central field. Two royal attendants or priests stand in frontal pose on either side of the altar, each facing inward. The Middle Persian inscription 'vh' (weh, meaning 'good') appears on the altar shaft, while 'kar' (deed) is inscribed to the left and right of the flames, together conveying the Zoroastrian motto of good deed. A beaded border frames the composition. |
