| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bearded male head of Metokos facing right, rendered in archaic Greek style with boldly modeled facial features including a prominent brow, wide-open eye, and open mouth with visible teeth. The hair is depicted in thick, striated locks swept back from the forehead. The portrait fills nearly the entire flan, typical of Thracian silver coinage of this period, with the rough irregular flan edge characteristic of hammered provincial issues. |
