Obverse description Frontal bust of a ruler enthroned, depicted in a schematic, Romanesque style characteristic of late 11th-century Bohemian and Moravian coinage. The figure is shown seated on a throne, holding a sceptre or staff, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. Fragmentary Latin legend surrounds the design in the outer field, rendered in irregular, partially legible characters. The overall composition is crude yet deliberate, consistent with provincial hammered silver deniers of the period.
