背面描述	The mint toponym DEOTNAN, representing Dinant, is inscribed in two lines across the field, reading DEO in the upper register and TNAN in the lower register, the two lines separated by a horizontal bar or double rule dividing the field. Three pellets appear in the lower field beneath the second line of text. The lettering is rendered in bold, deeply struck capital letters consistent with early Carolingian monogram-style epigraphy.
