| Obverse description | Central device consisting of a royal crown shown facing, rendered in a simplified Gothic style characteristic of late 15th-century Polish hammered coinage. The crown features three prominent fleurs-de-lis finials rising above a band decorated with a cross-pommée motif; a small annulet appears below the crown base. No legend surrounds the device, the entire field being occupied by the crown motif. The strike is typical of the period, with slightly irregular flan edges. |
