背面描述	Central field features a stylized architectural motif, likely representing a temple or church facade with a triangular pediment above a colonnaded structure, rendered in a schematic Carolingian manner within a plain inner circle. This church or palatium type design is a hallmark of the Pavia mint issues of this era. The surrounding circular Latin legend reads + IN PAPIA CIVITAS, identifying the mint city of Pavia. The lettering is bold and somewhat irregular, consistent with the hammered technique and the artistic conventions of late Carolingian Italian coinage. The reverse flan shares the broad, irregular outline of the obverse.
