Reverse description The reverse depicts a large crown occupying the central field, rendered in a bold, stylised manner consistent with hammered medieval Hungarian coinage. A six-pointed star appears above the crown to one side, and a bird — likely an eagle or similar heraldic bird — is positioned on the opposite side above the crown. The design is contained within a beaded border following the coin's irregular, flan edge. The die-work is characteristic of baronial or palatinal issues of the late Árpád and early Angevin transition period in Hungary.
