Reverse description A bull charging to the right, head lowered in an aggressive posture, rendered with vigorous naturalistic detail; the animal's musculature and tail are clearly articulated. The type is enclosed within a thin linear border. The inscription IMP X appears in the exergue below the ground line, recording Augustus's tenth imperatorial acclamation. The composition is bold and uncluttered, consistent with Spanish mint production of the Augustan period.
