Obverse description Radiate, cuirassed bust of Emperor Victorinus facing right, wearing a distinctive radiate crown with pointed rays, the paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The effigy is rendered in the characteristic late Roman provincial style of the Gallic Empire, with bold, somewhat stylized facial features. The encircling Latin legend reads IMP C VICTORINVS P F AVG, distributed around the periphery of the flan within a beaded border.
