Obverse description Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Tetricus I facing right, rendered in three-quarter front view. The emperor is depicted wearing a radiate crown, military cuirass, and paludamentum draped over the left shoulder. The encircling legend reads IMP C G P ESVVIVS TETRICVS AVG in Latin characters. The portrait displays the characteristic late Roman imperial style of the Gallic Empire period, with relatively crude workmanship typical of the Treveri mint output under Tetricus I.
