Obverse description Radiate, draped bust of Postumus facing right, the emperor portrayed with a spiked radiate crown denoting the doubled-denomination antoninianus; some specimens additionally show a cuirassed shoulder. The encircling legend reads IMP C POSTVMVS P F AVG in Latin capitals, identifying the emperor as Imperator Caesar Postumus Pius Felix Augustus.
