تحت الطغراء: دامت ملكه ضرب في قسطنطينية ١١٨٧
Reverse description The reverse field is entirely occupied by a four-line Arabic honorific legend in bold calligraphic script, filling the coin from rim to rim. The inscription reads 'Sultan al-Barrayan wa Khaqan al-Bahrayan al-Sultan ibn al-Sultan' (Sultan of the Two Lands and Khagan of the Two Seas, the Sultan son of the Sultan), a traditional Ottoman imperial titulature. Small lozenge-shaped ornamental stops are interspersed between words across the field. The design is framed by the same toothed inner border and plain outer rim as the obverse, giving the coin a uniform aesthetic on both faces.
