| 表面の説明 | Predominantly text-based obligation note with a multicolour guilloche vignette at left incorporating an Imperial Russian eagle emblem. The centre carries large Cyrillic denomination text reading «девятьсоть рублей» with serial number, framed by two rectangular date panels indicating 15/28 March 1918 and 15/28 December 1918. The heading states this is a six-percent obligation (шестипроцентное обязательство) of the Ural Cossack Army, with printed facsimile signatures of the Chairman of the Military Assembly, the Chairman of the Military Government, a Member of the Military Government, and a Treasurer below the main text. |

The Ural Cossack Army issued its own currency during the Russian Civil War as the Host government in Uralsk sought administrative and financial independence from both the Bolshevik center and the competing White authorities. The 900-rouble denomination is peculiar — not a figure that appears in any conventional monetary system — and almost certainly reflects an ad hoc calculation tied to local wage or supply obligations rather than any standardized series logic.
The Host was effectively encircled by 1919 and destroyed as a fighting force by early 1920. Notes from this issue had an exceptionally short window of practical use.
