| 背面描述 | The reverse is printed entirely in dark red on a fine repetitive guilloche underprint covering the full field. At centre, the arms of Guernsey — three lions passant guardant — are displayed within a circular seal, surrounded by the Latin motto legend, flanked on either side by ornamental lobed cartouche devices. A matching red overprint reading 'Withdrawn from Circulation, July 22nd, 1942' is applied across the reverse. |

| 备注 |
Guernsey's wartime fractional notes were produced under German occupation using whatever materials the island's printers could source locally — which is why the paper varies noticeably across the series. The blue paper variety of the 6 Pence is among the more scarce of the colour variants, a direct consequence of ad hoc wartime procurement rather than any deliberate design choice.
The 'Withdrawn' overprint was applied after liberation in 1945 to invalidate notes still in circulation before formal demonetisation. Notes that received the overprint had clearly survived in use or storage through the full occupation period.
