| Obverse description | Black letterpress on pale yellow-grey paper. The upper portion bears the issuing authority inscription in Cyrillic across the top, with the denomination text «ПЯТЬ ТЫСЯЧ РУБЛЕЙ» flanking a large bold numeral «5000» at centre within a guilloche frame. The left margin carries a vertical Cyrillic legend reading «Расчетный Знак», with series and number designations «Сер. Д № 2000» printed at lower left and lower right respectively. Two manuscript signatures appear at the foot, attributed to the Head of Railways and the Railway Commissar. |
