| 备注 |
The Crimean Regional Treasury notes of 1918 were emergency fiscal instruments issued under the short-lived regional government that emerged after the collapse of central Russian authority. The 5000 Rouble denomination reflects the inflationary pressure already mounting across former imperial territory — a value unthinkable in pre-war Russian monetary practice. Printed locally in Simferopol rather than through any established security printing house, the technical quality is accordingly limited.
Crimea changed hands repeatedly through 1918–1919 between German occupying forces, the Volunteers, the Bolsheviks, and various regional authorities, which compressed the practical circulation window for these notes severely.
