| Obverse description | Central field features a dynamic allegorical figure of St. George slaying the dragon, rendered in high relief against a polished background. Flanking the central motif are three heraldic shields: the Bohemian lion rampant at upper center, the Silesian eagle at lower left, and the Moravian eagle at lower right, all set within a diamond-shaped frame. The arc legend MĚSTSKÉ PAMÁTKOVÉ REZERVACE curves along the upper periphery, while ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA and the denomination 5000 Kč appear along the lower rim.
