Reverse description A male sower, wearing a broad-brimmed hat and traditional rustic attire, strides vigorously to the right across a ploughed field, his left arm outstretched scattering grain from his right hand, which holds a seed pouch draped across his body. The composition is inspired by Virgil's Georgics, evoking the classical pastoral and agricultural tradition. The denomination L. 500 appears in the right field, with the date 1981 below it. The engraver's name VEROI is incised along the lower rim, with the mint mark IPZS also present in the lettering.
