正面描述	The obverse features the State Emblem of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea centrally positioned in the field, depicting a hydroelectric power station beneath a radiant five-pointed star, framed by sheaves of rice bound with a ribbon. The emblem is encircled by the Hangul legend reading the full name of the Central Bank of Korea, arranged along the upper periphery.
