| Obverse description | Right-facing effigy of Libertas, the Roman goddess of liberty, rendered as a classical allegorical bust with elaborately braided hair bound with a ribbon and surmounted by a tiara. The legend CONFOEDERATIO HELVETICA arcs along the upper periphery, with the word LIBERTAS appearing in the field. The date 1930 is positioned in the lower portion of the legend, flanked by decorative stops. The portrait is executed in a refined neoclassical style consistent with Swiss Federal coinage of the period. |
