The heading 'Gutschein der Gemeinde St.Stefan a.W.' is set in mixed typefaces, followed by a formal paragraph text authorising the issue under council resolution of 13 June 1920 for a total of K 30,000 and pledging redemption at the municipal treasury in legal tender by 28 February 1921.
