| Reverse description | Selective gold-plated frontal bust of the ancient Egyptian pharaoh Hatshepsut, depicted wearing the traditional nemes headdress and broad usekh collar, set against a black nickel field. Four ankh symbols are arranged symmetrically in the field, two to either side of the central bust, rendered in black nickel relief. A winged scarab beetle appears at the top of the inner border, above the portrait. The legend 'HATSHEPSUT' arcs along the upper periphery in gold-toned lettering. The design is framed by a decorative beaded inner border and a sawtooth-patterned outer border. |
