| 备注 |
Tours issued its own small-change notes during the post-WWI coin shortage that left French daily commerce functionally paralyzed. Chambres de commerce across France were authorized to fill the gap, and by 1920 hundreds of local authorities had done exactly that. The Touraine series is among the more carefully produced provincial examples — Imprimerie Tourangelle printed locally, and the engraving credit to Pierre Autret, working from Fachet's design, shows this wasn't a rushed emergency job.
JP#123-06/07 distinguishes two printing variants within the 50 centimes type. The watermark is the primary differentiator between them.
