The issuer's title appears within an oval cartouche at the top centre, flanked by four heraldic shields at the corners. The large denomination '50 CENTIMES' is printed in bold across the centre, with a circular official seal of the Chambre de Commerce d'Eure-et-Loir bearing a caduceus device below it, and two manuscript facsimile signatures for Le Président and Le Trésorier to either side.
