Reverse description The reverse features a central device depicting the seated statue of Imhotep, the ancient Egyptian physician and polymath, shown in three-quarter view upon a plinth inscribed with the date '18 March' in Arabic. Imhotep holds a staff in his right hand, with a crescent-and-bowl medical symbol and a stack of bricks to his left, and a cartouche bearing the name of Allah above. Surrounding the central motif, Arabic inscriptions in the field read 'For the construction of Qasr Al-Aini' arcing to the upper left, with 'Day of the Egyptian Physician' appearing along the lower arc. The design is enclosed within a segmented inner border matching that of the obverse.
