| Obverse description | Central field bears four large Chinese characters arranged vertically and diagonally reading 餉錢五銀 (Silver Ration / 5 Qian), rendered in bold relief. The characters are enclosed within a beaded inner circle. Four five-pointed stars are positioned at the cardinal points around the beaded border, serving as decorative separators.
