| Obverse description | At the top of the obverse, the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine is displayed above the three-line Cyrillic legend НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine). The central field features a detailed relief depicting a fragment of Baroque decorative embossment characteristic of the church's interior ornamentation. The denomination and year of issue, 5 ГРИВЕНЬ 2011, appear in the lower central field, with the mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine Banknote Printing and Minting Works situated at the very bottom. |
