正面描述	The brass centre features a central composition commemorating Khmelnytskyi Oblast, incorporating the atom-for-peace symbol at its base, above which rises an image of Starokostiantyniv Castle flanked by the St. Nicholas Church of Medzhybizh Fortress to the right and a decorative bouquet of agricultural motifs — sunflowers, grain, corn, and a harvester — to the left. The issue year 2017 appears within the central field. The copper-nickel ring bears the circular legend НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ above and П'ЯТЬ ГРИВЕНЬ below, with the mint mark of the NBU Banknote Printing and Minting Works positioned to the right. Ukraine's small state coat of arms (tryzub) is placed at the upper portion of the ring.
