| Obverse description | An elaborate baroque-style heraldic composition dominates the field, centred on a large ornate shield bearing the Public Seal of Niue, which depicts a crowned circular device inscribed PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE with the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI on a scroll below crossed palm fronds. The shield is surmounted by a royal crown and flanked by richly detailed acanthus-scroll cartouches. The legend GABRIEL arcs across the upper periphery in bold relief, while the denomination 5 DOLLARS curves along the lower border; the date 2025 appears on a scroll beneath the crown, and the mint mark TS is struck on the shield's upper cartouche. The silver purity AG 999 and weight 2 OZ. are inscribed vertically in the left and right margins respectively, with a serial number in the lower field. |
