Obverse description This note is a repurposed coupon from a 200-rouble Imperial Russian 4½% lottery bond of 1917, overprinted by the Siberian Revolutionary Committee for use as currency. The coupon face carries dense Cyrillic text stating the bearer is entitled to four roubles fifty kopecks, with a bold black typeset denomination panel reading «4 РУБЛЯ 50 КОП.» to the right and red numeral «50» alongside «БИЛЕТЪ НОМЕРЪ». A decorative quatrefoil vignette with the inscription «РАЗРЯДЪ ПЯТЫЙ» occupies the left border, and the date «16 НОЯБРЯ 1919 ГОДА» appears in the upper right. A large diagonal blue overprint stamp of the Siberian Soviet Socialist Republic authorization text crosses the entire face, with an additional red serial overprint.

Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in brown on white paper and consists of an elaborate guilloche lathe-work design filling the entire surface within a scalloped ornamental border. A large central oval cartouche encloses the numeral «3» rendered in ornate script, framed by symmetrical radiating geometric patterns and fine engine-turned underprint work. The printer's imprint «American Bank Note Co.» appears in a small panel at the base of the central vignette.
