| Obverse description | Two facing busts rendered in high relief are depicted in profile, their faces nearly touching at the nose, separated by an ornate vertical foliate motif of acanthus-like leaves and scrolling botanical elements. The female figure at left wears a jeweled hair ornament and a floral earring, while the male figure at right displays a bearded face and a radiating headdress. The composition fills the inner field almost entirely, executed in antique finish. The legend REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN arcs along the upper border, with the denomination 3000 FRANCS CFA and the date 2022 inscribed along the lower border. |

| Reverse description | A reclining couple rendered in deeply struck high relief is depicted in an intimate embrace, inspired by classical Indian erotic art traditions of the Kama Sutra. Both figures are adorned with beaded jewelry including bracelets, waist chains, and necklaces. A vibrant polychrome enamel border of stylized lotus blossoms and lush foliage in red, green, yellow, and purple frames the upper portion of the field. The legend KAMA SUTRA appears in gilded lettering within a rectangular cartouche at the top of the design, with the subtitle MOMENTS OF LOVE inscribed immediately below in smaller gilded characters. |
