To the left, a latticed electrical pylon and a transmission line bridge recede into the background, with stylised star-burst sparks accenting the upper field. At the base, within a rectangular panel, the Cyrillic legend 'ПЛАН ГОЭЛРО' is inscribed in bold block letters, beneath which '100' appears in large numerals flanked by decorative snowflake ornaments, and the word 'ЛЕТ' (years) completes the anniversary inscription below. |
