| Obverse description | Central text panel framed by an ornate architectural border carries the denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ in large Cyrillic characters, with a redemption clause below and serial number А-А 103 beneath it. Double-headed imperial eagles appear as vignettes at the left and right flanks of the central frame. The date 1919 is set within a cartouche at the bottom centre, with denomination numerals 3 repeated in the four corners; two manuscript signatures — Управляющий and Кассиръ — appear in the lower margin. |
