| Obverse description | Green and black letterpress note with a decorative Gothic-style header reading «Разменный чекъ» (Exchange Cheque) at top centre, beneath which the denomination «ТРИ РУБЛЯ» appears in a shaded oval cartouche. The body of the note carries Cyrillic text stating that the bearer is to be paid from the exchange fund of the Krasnoyarsk Yenisei City Mutual Credit Society, followed by printed signature lines for the Chairman of the Board, Members of the Board, Accountant, and Cashier, each bearing manuscript signatures. A serial number in the format «№ XXXXX» is printed at lower left. |

The large numeral «3» appears at centre left and right within the guilloche pattern, flanked by the year «1919» at centre. A text panel at upper right contains Cyrillic script describing the legal backing and penalties for counterfeiting. The issuer's name «КРАСНОЯРСКОЕ ЕНИС. Г. О-ВО ВЗАИМН.
