Obverse description The obverse features the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — a double-headed eagle displayed, crowned with three imperial crowns, holding an orb and sceptre, with a shield depicting Saint George slaying the dragon on its breast — rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The Cyrillic legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ (RUSSIAN FEDERATION) arcs along the upper periphery, flanked by two small rhomboid ornaments at the sides. Below the eagle, the issuer inscription БАНК РОССИИ and the denomination 3 РУБЛЯ appear in two lines, with the date 2020 г. beneath. The silver fineness mark Ag 925 is inscribed to the lower left of the eagle, and the weight designation 31,1 together with the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД) appear to the lower right.

Reverse description The reverse presents a richly colored commemorative composition dominated by a large five-pointed Kremlin ruby star in applied red and gold enamel, mounted on a gilded spire finial at the center of the field. A St. George ribbon — rendered in bold orange and black stripes — is draped decoratively around the base of the spire. The background, executed in subdued grey tones, depicts a silhouetted Moscow Kremlin skyline with searchlights and Victory Day fireworks bursting in the night sky. The Cyrillic legend 75-ЛЕТИЕ ПОБЕДЫ (75th ANNIVERSARY OF THE VICTORY) arcs along the upper periphery in white lettering against the dark field.
