Obverse description Armored bust of King Sigismund III Vasa facing right, wearing a ruff collar and plate armor with decorative detailing. The effigy occupies the central field, with the circular Latin legend surrounding the portrait reading SIGIS III D G REX POL M D L, identifying the king as by the grace of God King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania. The hammered flan exhibits characteristic irregular edges typical of late 16th-century Polish coinage.

Reverse description Three heraldic shields arranged horizontally across the upper portion of the field, surmounted by a crown, representing the arms of Poland, Sweden, and Lithuania as borne by Sigismund III Vasa. Below the shields, the denomination and mint identification are inscribed in four lines across the central and lower field. The date 1593 appears in the exergue flanked by ornamental stops. The overall design is characteristic of the triple-groat coinage struck at the Malbork mint under Sigismund III.
