| Obverse description | Central field dominated by the interlaced royal cipher of Christian V, composed of three interwoven C's forming a trefoil-like monogram, surmounted by a royal crown at top. Four crowned shields or armorial devices occupy the cardinal points around the monogram, interspersed with crossed anchors or sceptres in the diagonal quarters. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded inner border, giving the composition a formal, heraldic character typical of late 17th-century Danish coinage. |

| Reverse description | Equestrian portrait of King Christian V depicted in a dynamic galloping pose to the left, the king shown in armour with flowing hair and a baton or sword raised in his right hand, the horse shown in full extended gallop. A crowned shield appears beneath the horse's belly, and a ground line with decorative foliage runs below the horse's hooves. The composition is rendered in high relief with fine baroque detail, enclosed within a beaded border, reflecting the monumental equestrian tradition of 17th-century royal numismatic portraiture. |
