| Obverse description | The left portion bears the denomination numeral '250' in large format alongside an ornate cartouche enclosing the Imperial double-headed eagle arms in a circular vignette with decorative scrollwork. The main text field, rendered in Cyrillic letterpress, carries the title of the short-term State Treasury obligation, the promise of payment, and the place and date of issue (Omsk, 1 June 1919), with manuscript facsimile signatures of the Director of the State Treasury Department, the Chief of the Accounting Division, and the Accountant. Bilingual marginal inscriptions in French and English appear vertically along the left border, noting the instrument's redemption terms. |
