The central text block certifies entitlement to 250 roubles from the Kherson Provincial Plenipotentiary Food Supply Administration under the Armed Forces of South Russia, redeemable no later than 1 April 1920, in payment for grain supplied under requisition law. Denomination numerals '250' appear in decorative circular vignettes at upper left, upper right, and lower left, with a detachable counterfoil stub at the far left carrying series and number details; two manuscript signatures appear at the foot of the document alongside printed titles. |
