| Obverse description | Plain blue-printed credit note on white paper, framed by a simple decorative border. The issuer's name appears at the top in Cyrillic, above the large central inscription КРЕДИТНЫЙ ЗНАК and the denomination ДВЕСТИ ПЯТЬДЕСЯТ РУБЛЕЙ in bold letterpress, flanked by numeral value panels reading 250 on each side.
