Reverse description Printed in black on white paper, the reverse is dominated by large bold numerals 250 at left and right, each flanked above and below by the word РУБЛЕЙ in capital letters. At centre, a circular heraldic vignette — likely the coat of arms of Kamchatka — is printed in intaglio style. Vertical side inscriptions along the left and right margins read РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАТИВНАЯ СОВЕТСКАЯ РЕСПУБЛИКА, while a text line above the central vignette confirms the note's obligatory circulation within the limits of Kamchatka Oblast, and an anti-counterfeiting warning appears below.
