| Obverse description | At center, the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — a double-headed eagle crowned with three imperial crowns, holding an orb and scepter — is rendered in high relief against a plain field. The arc legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ curves along the upper periphery, flanked by two small decorative rhombus ornaments at either side. Below the emblem, the inscription БАНК РОССИИ appears on one line, followed by the denomination 25 РУБЛЕЙ and the date 2019 г. The mint mark ММД appears as a small monogram to the lower right of the eagle. |
