| Obverse description | Central oval vignette of a classical female bust in profile, wearing a Phrygian liberty cap, set against an intricate guilloche underprint with large numeral 25 flanking the vignette on both sides. The bank title BANQUE DE L'INDO-CHINE appears in bold letterpress across the top, with SÉRIE B indicated on either side; bilingual text in Cyrillic and French below the vignette states the redemption conditions at sixty centimes per rouble, payable at Vladivostok. Two manuscript signatures of administrators appear at the lower left and right, with the imprint of the American Bank Note Company at the bottom centre. |
