| 正面描述 | At left, an ornate pointed lozenge-shaped vignette encloses a double-headed eagle above the numeral '25'. The central field carries extensive Cyrillic treasury obligation text, with the denomination РУБ.25 at upper right and the issue date 'Омскъ 1 Мая 1919 г.' at lower right, flanked by vertical bilingual legends in French and English in the lateral margins. Three manuscript signature lines for treasury officials appear in the lower portion, giving the note the character of a short-term state treasury bill. |

| 备注 |
The Siberian Provisional Government at Omsk was producing currency in extraordinary circumstances — the city served as the capital of Kolchak's White Army administration during the Russian Civil War, and the printing operation was effectively a wartime improvisation. The S855B is a second issue variant within the series, distinguished by signature and control differences from the S855A, reflecting the administrative churn under Kolchak's regime as officials changed rapidly through 1919.
By late 1919, Omsk itself had fallen to the Red Army. Notes from this series circulated across a shrinking territory and became worthless within months of issue.
