| Reverse description | The reverse features a central depiction of the Sherpeny war memorial, a stylized architectural monument with a bell arch surmounted by a cross and an eternal flame at its base, set upon a stepped plinth. To the left of the memorial the numeral '75' is prominently displayed in large digits, with the word 'ЛЕТ' (years) to the right, commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Jassy–Kishinev Operation. A curved inscription 'ЯССКО-КИШИНЕВСКАЯ ОПЕРАЦИЯ' (Jassy–Kishinev Operation) arcs along the upper rim, while 'ШЕРПЕНСКИЙ ПЛАЦДАРМ' (Sherpensky Bridgehead) is inscribed in two lines along the lower portion of the field. |
