| Obverse description | The obverse features the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — a double-headed eagle with outstretched wings, crowned with three imperial crowns, holding a sceptre in the right talon and an orb in the left — centrally positioned in the field. The legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ curves along the upper rim, flanked by small decorative diamond-shaped mint marks.
