Obverse description The obverse features a dynamic stylized globe formed by intersecting curved bands against a checkered background, populated with multiple gilt pictograms of Olympic athletes engaged in various sports disciplines including rowing, tennis, cycling, athletics, judo, and swimming. To the right of center, the Polish crowned White Eagle — the national arms — is rendered in high relief within a polished field. The date 2012 appears to the right of the eagle, while the legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs across the lower center of the design in bold incuse lettering. The denomination 200 ZŁ is displayed prominently in the lower field, with the mint master's mark appearing nearby.
