| 正面描述 | The Royal Arms of Morocco occupies the center of the field, depicting the national coat of arms with a shield bearing a green pentagram on a red ground, surmounted by a royal crown and flanked by two rampant lions serving as supporters, all resting on a scroll. An Arabic legend arches across the upper portion of the field commemorating the 30th anniversary of Hassan II's reign. The denomination '200' appears in large numerals at the bottom center, flanked by the Arabic word for dirhams, with the Gregorian year '1991' to the left and the Hijri year '1411' to the right. |

Issued to mark three decades of Hassan II's rule, this commemorative falls in the middle of what Moroccan historians now call the "Years of Lead" — a period of severe political repression that ran through much of his reign. The contrast between the celebratory framing of anniversary coinage and the documented human rights abuses of the same decades is not subtle.
Bank Al-Maghrib produced relatively modest quantities of this .925 silver issue, primarily for collector distribution rather than circulation.
