| 表面の説明 | The State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus is prominently displayed at the top of the field. The central design features a spinning wheel, a symbol of perpetual motion and folk culture, whose decorative pattern transitions into the concentric ring structure of a tree cross-section, embellished with traditional Belarusian ornamental motifs and stylized stork silhouettes. The date of issue and the alloy standard appear beneath the central device. A circumferential legend at the top reads РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), while the denomination 20 рублёў (20 rubles) and the fineness mark Ag 925 are inscribed along the lower periphery. |

Part of Belarus's long-running folklore silver series, this issue draws on the deeply rooted Belarusian belief that storks nesting on a farmhouse roof bring good fortune to the family within — a superstition so embedded in rural culture that farmers would deliberately erect wagon wheels on poles to encourage nesting. Belarus holds one of the highest concentrations of white stork breeding pairs in Europe, a fact the National Bank leaned into repeatedly across multiple folklore issues during the mid-2000s.
